Virtual Office is a complete suite of telephony services designed for small business, corporate business and government markets. By simply logging online to a browser console the user can manage and configure their services and view reports instantly. Users can login to manage their preferences, view call records in real time and subscribe to new features as they become enabled. Features include virtual fax, email2fax, virtual phone, virtual IVR and fax broadcast. The system is offered as turn-key service thereby avoiding capital expenditure. The user can simply go online and make any changes instantly.

Virtual Phone

Select a phone number in a capital city for that new office presence without the overheads of setting up a real office.
Set your preferences for calls to be forwarded to your home location phone or mobile.
Includes options to announce the call so that you know where this call has come from.

 Voice Menus

Create IVR voice menus to front calls for your business.
For example 'for accounts press 1', 'for warranty support press 2' and so on.
Simply click and point and build the voice menu structure that you want and upload the audio greetings.
Forward calls to remote phone numbers, PBX extension numbers, voicemail etc.

Call Screening

Virtual Office will announce your calls so that you know where they are coming from, and if you don't want to take the call at that moment then don't accept it and let Virtual Office answer your call and take a voicemail message for you.

 Wake Up Call

A delightful to use wake-up phone call.

Users dial in, enter the time they want to receive the wakeup call, listen to the confirmation and hang-up. System auto dials the user at the booked time and plays a wakeup message. If user's line is busy or rings out the system will retry several times.

The system detects the callers number and will only make an outbound wakeup call to that same number for abuse control. Users can book a once off or recurring events. Recurring can be daily, business days, weekly, or monthly. Once an event is booked the user can check or cancel the event. A cancellation can be for a once off event, or one instance of a recurring booking, or for the entire recurring bookings.

wakeup call The audio played on the wakeup calls can also be customised for various promotions or customers. For example it could play 'Your INSTANT IVR conference call starts in 10 minutes'. Includes time zone management so that bookings initiated from a particular time zone will receive their alerts based on that local time, while users in other time zones operate in their particular local time. Includes a browser admin interface for provider to provision customers, view status of each historical and future event and view reports.
